PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
At Northern Preservation Service, we work with skilled experts to provide you with a number of inspection services tailored to meet your specific requirements including:

Alongside these property inspections, we also specify tenancy, lot size, weed and grass height, garbage quantity and type, size and condition of the pool and all bids to address any possible violations. We will also generate a list of repairs needed and bids to repair.
Our interior inspection of the room consists of photographing each room in the house, checking to ensure that windows and doors are locked. We also inspect ceilings of each room for any possible leaks that may hint at damage.
We keep in mind any health hazards and inspect each space for signs related to mold, dead animals or pests. We know the variation between an interior which is in “Good” condition with tons of leftover debris, and one that is truly in “Poor” condition that requires maintenance to preserve the property.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We are faithful towards providing continuous care and maintenance of REO properties. Once we complete our initial inspection, we perform monthly, bi-weekly or weekly home turf maintenance and pool cleaning services, lawn sprinkler services and snow removal as needed.
Our property maintenance works diligently to ensure preservation is consistently performed to take advantage of marketability and meet the terms with local ordinances. Our property maintenance services promote continued curb appeal and pride of ownership to all homes.
